International University


Introduction

International University Faculty of Science and Technology is one of the leading Higher Education Institutions in Cambodia in providing microbiology courses training. The Faculty of Science and Technology aims to provide a degree program in Microbiology which will be the first institution which can confer degree certificate in Microbiology in Cambodia. We have established a Food Microbiology Lab which is part of Food Chemistry curriculum program. We are now working on microbial aspects in food safety where microbial contamination is investigated from a farm to the table.
